Owner brought me surprise dinner in the evening (pizza-esque quiche, a bowl of fresh cherries, pear juice, a banana, and cookies) and had a great breakfast spread too (better than the gîtes: fresh squeezed juice, ham, softboiled egg[?].) "The property is a traditional French farmhouse with all the good but also less good things that entails. It was very clean and everything worked well but was a little hard to find. The owners/managers were really helpful and very willing to wait up for me when I was very late for check in. Breakfasts were traditional French, coffee, orange juice, baguettes with butter and jam and croissants. The home made apricot jam was very good!"
