LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets.
GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive!
location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace

Whole staff from registration, housekeeping, and breakfast staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and kind. The whole property was well manicured, and very clean. Train station less than 5 minute walk to your Tokyo adventure.

"Very spacious for a room of 2. Nice view from living room and bathroom. Onsan is a big bathroom which i expect it’s a natural hot spring. Buffet is great as breakfast. It will be great if can offer free tableware as there’s a kitchen inside the room . I asked the staff to give me a plate to reheat ..."

"Address is incorrect and phone number does not work. Had to walk in the dark on a busy highway with no street lights and only light from my phone. Its not a hotel qith dogs. More like a dog hotel.
