"Rovinj is good for 1 night. Gets old fast. Communication from the staff at the hotel was abysmal. When i finally got in touch with a person to verify my booking (because i had ZERO emails/info from the place beyond my expedia confirmation) she could not be bothered. We had to find the place using google maps, and once we finally did find it had to call a number then wait for a guy in the street while he came to check us in. "Das Haus und der Garten waren wie auf den Bildern - schön, gepflegt und modern! Jedes Zimmer mit seinem eigenen Bad war toll, der Garten groß und überall eingezäunt und der Pool wurde aufgrund des heissen Wetters fast täglich gereinigt. Ausserdem wurden wir mit Kuchen empfangen und haben auch Gemüse aus dem Garten der Gastgeber bekommen, mit denen die Kommunikation auch super funktioniert hat. Lage des Hauses war top - am Ortsrand und nur wenige Minuten Fahrzeit zum Strand, Supermarkt, Aquapark...

"A well maintained, beautiful house. The yard is not large but has a nice swimming pool and a gorgeous old tree that provides excellent shade from the hot sun. The hosts are thoughtful, responsive and nice. They made efforts to help us in every possible way. We had a very nice vacation there."

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"Breakfast was amazing (except for the fruit flies) Facilities were exceptional. Service was spectacular. Rooms were spacious & quiet. Bathrooms were the best I have ever stayed at. Walk to Old Town was pleasant. Would return."

"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. Our apartment B6 had rotten wood on the bottom of the door which was turning into a hole - not good! All in all an enjoyable break"
