"Nicole, the property manager, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable with a wonderful featherbed duvet. The view from a cozy balcony was breathtaking overlooking the swimming pond on the property, the turquoise lake and a field with grazing cows next door. Could not have been more picturesque."

"Possibly the best room we’ve ever stayed in. Loads of space and everything you could need in the kitchen. Great shower and very comfortable bed. The barrel Sauna in the garden was amazing with great views over the lake and the mountains. Our hosts were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble - the restaurant was closed during our stay - but we’ll be back to try it out. Highly recommended "

"Overall was a 3 rating. It’s a really good location with a short walk to the beach, shops and other restaurants. The hotel itself, we found the staff abrubt and unapproachable. The room ended up being double the amount after we added one person. The room was clean and looked after everyday. Although the towels were not changed to fresh ones everyday and only soap was provided with no shower gel, which we had to buy. Breakfast was nice but the bread was the same as they sold at the Hofer...

"Loved the location and amenities of this apartment! Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help. Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!! Walking distance to bakery, a wonderful pizzeria with the cutest owner, restaurants and grocery. Really loved being able to do laundry as well. Highly recommend!!"
