"Wir waren hier fuer 8 Tage im Oktober 2024. Auf der positive Seite, die Ferienwohnung ist modern, war sauber, schoen ausgestattet, und relative leicht mit einem Navi-system zu finden. Die Wohnung ist nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss von der Altstadt und U-Bahn und Zuegen entfernt, und es ist einfach die umliegenden Staedte zu erreichen, wie, z.B. Nuernberg. Die Verbindung mit dem Eigentuemer der Wohnung was einfach und effizient, was immer gut ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem inneren Hof eines Gebaeudes, und es was immer sehr ruhig. Wir haben kaum unsere Nachbarn gehoert. W-LAN ist umsonst, es kann aber Verbindungsschwierigkeiten geben, da die Wohnung von hohen Gebaeuden umgeben ist. Auf der negative Seite, es ist sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Es sind zwar 2 Parkplaetze im Innenhof, diese koennen aber nur mit einem Kleinwagen benutzt warden. Die Einfahrt zum Innenhof ist sehr eng, und es ist nur wenig Platz im Innenhof, um das Auto zu wenden. Das Parken an den Strassen ist zu 95% nur fuer Einwohner mit Parkpaessen reserviert. Ein oeffentliches Parkhaus ist ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir haben zwar die meisten Mahlzeiten selbst in der Wohnung zubereitet, die Kueche ist aber recht klein und hat wenig Platz fuer Lebensmittel, es fehlte ein Microwellenherd, und es fehlten ein paar Utensilien. Es gibt auch keinen KuechEs gibt auch keinen Kuechentisch, und obwohl man wohl an der Kuecheninsel essen kann, es was sehr eng, selbst fuer nur 2 Leute."

"Hotel was very nice, clean, and staff were excellent! Rooms were small for American standards, but what was expected for Europe. No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa couch which would have been nice but we managed with what was available. Breakfast was wonderful with great variety. Hotel was located next to train tracks but not as noticeable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"This apartment was very clean and stocked with items a guest may need like coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. It was nicely decorated and had a pleasing look. We found it a bit small for four people. The living room had 2 beds, a large sofa and a table with 4 chairs which left little room to move. The bedroom was filled with one large bed and a shelf. There was no window in that room which made it a bit warm and stuffy. The ad mentioned there was parking which turned out to be on the street. It was difficult to find space. We liked the elevator and the kitchen was nice. The host answered questions on time and was helpful. I had to retrieve the key to the apartment by reaching through the narrow mail slot of the mail box. I think there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning lady which was supposed to hand over the key to us. Grocery stores were close by and the train station just a 10 minute walk away. A shopping street with restaurants was within walking distance. All in all we had a good stay and I can recommend this place."

"Property unassuming from the outside however inside very modern and spotless. Got everything you need for a comfortable break. Good location for old town Furth and easy metro to Nuremberg. Shops very close and recommend breadshop opposite. Nice walks along river. Host was very helpful with local knowledge and safe underground car park."
