This is the first review I have left for anything. I checked in to the hotel at 3 and walking to the room it was dim, smelled bad and there was exposed wood in the hallways so I was already hesitant about the place.
Once I got to the room and observed mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and by the air vents, stains and tears on the sheets, and it had musky smell in the room.
I went to the front desk for a refund and to check out at about 330pm, 30mins after check in. They said I had to request a refund through Expedia and after back and forths with Expedia they said they had to contact the hotel to see if they would honor a refund.
Surprise, no refund because the hotel with the moldy rooms wouldn’t honor it, because they adhere to their “cancellation policy”. If there was an option to leave pictures, I would.
