You will find an elegant living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden with cypresses and bonsais, a laundry room, a children's play area, ample outdoor spaces, a gym, a 360º terrace/solarium with a bay view, a cinema room, and a reading area.
The bathrooms include three with showers, one with a bathtub, and a guest bathroom. You will have access to house amenities including WiFi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, five Smart TVs, motion sensors for indoor and outdoor lights (home automation), and a barbecue area.
You will appreciate the prime location of Villa Toscana, which allows you quick access, within a few minutes by car, to beaches, restaurants, bars, patisseries, shopping centres, tourist attractions, Funchal Marina, and museums. You will have private parking for two cars.

- No smoking, no parties, and respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM.

5. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere strictly to check-in and check-out times for a smooth transition for all guests.
6. Respect Neighbours: Be considerate and respectful towards the neighbours at all times.
7. No Removal of Items: Do not take any items from the holiday rental with you. Everything in the house is there for your convenience during your stay and should remain in place.
8. No Additional Visitors: Visitors or additional guests are not allowed on the premises.
9. Insect and Wildlife Notice: Our property is located on Madeira Island, known for its mild subtropical climate and rich biodiversity. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, you may encounter insects such as mosquitoes, roaches, or other wildlife. While we conduct regular pest control services, we cannot fully guarantee an insect-free environment, nor offer refunds for occasional sightings inside the property. We take every precaution to minimize this, and guests can assist by keeping doors closed, properly disposing of trash, and storing food responsibly.
