"It’s a lovely spot in a quieter/less built up area of the island. There are options for restaurants nearby (including The Rock restaurant, only a couple minutes walk down the beach) although not as many as some of the more developed areas. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. A nice breakfast is served right on your balcony which has amazing views of the water. No issues with the wi-fi. The staff were very welcoming. There is no A/C; we were a bit warm with the fan windows open but not...

"I stayed here one night after landing in stone town. Perfect spot to nap on and off to get through the jet lag and be right in the heart of stone town. Extremely walkable to sites. The rooms are spacious, excellent shower and super comfy bed. Very clean and was just what I was looking for. Please note that it was a bit difficult to find. The taxi just dropped me off on the main road because cars can’t access the small streets. Once you know where it is, it’s super simple to return to"

"This hotel is a great little haven of serenity set right on the beach front with friendly hospitality. The staff are really helpful and will do as little or as much for you as you want. The breakfast is fresh, healthy and sufficient. There are plenty of little restaurants in in the village or along the beach front but the hotel will cook for you if you wish and the food is great."
