"Since the first night, the air conditioning system was broken so when we turned it on it started leaking. There was a lot of water on the floor after only short use. The landlord didn’t send plumber to fix it so we had to mop the floor every morning after 3 nights the plumber fixed and Mario did not keep his words to move us to other rooms. "Nice new hotel. Friendly and accomodating staff. Very helpful when my travel companion became ill. Quick walk to the historical center and plenty of dining options nearby. Windows are soundproof. Breakfast plentiful with lots of variety. Dining room has a wall of windows looking toward the sea. Nice lobby to lounge in. Small bar in lobby."

"Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week. "

"Beautifully renovated grounds and rooms, and wonderful staff. A quick 10 min drive into Ostuni. There was a slight issue on the first night and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Vanessa the sommelier gave us a great wine tasting. Had a great relaxing stay. "

"The hotel was beautifully clean and right next to the beach. The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived early and they let us have early check in and even help ourselves to the breakfast from that morning. We even had a lift to the airport from Patricia when there wasn't a taxi available - super helpful! Each day we were able to have an umbrella and two sunbeds bought down to the beach for us which was fantastic, the beach is about 3 minutes away from the hotel and has lovely golden...
