I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Very cozy house with plenty of place and amenities. You get the feel of being in the country with the farm across the street but the convenience of being in town. "Right off the interstate yet far enough away that you don’t think about it. Literally on the banks of the Mississippi River .. eagles, ducks, geese are right out the front door. It’s pretty awesome.. The property is dynamically involved in the community events as they hosted a meeting of a local group while I was there. The staff make you feel like family too. "
