Tweekers running the property. Been trying to get my refund and deposit back from them for over 3 weeks. Getting the run around every time. Been told 5 times my money would be refunded by tonight. Each time is a different excuse. Last time was told they got everything figured out and that the owner would be calling at 5 pm to refund me. 3 days and still no call. Now i get hung up on when i do. Absolutely stay away!!!!!!! This is not a family place!!! Nor would i recommend anyone to this place!!!!

The pool was open this time which was fantastic for my 5 year old grandson. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It seemed to be in better shape than the last time we were there !!

Upon arrival we could not open the door to our room. Staff said it was janky and had to accompany us and show us how to get the door open. The janky door felt unsafe. The room was musty and unclean. The sheets had holes in them.

My room had cockroaches in it that I killed. The TV did not have any signal for a picture. This property is at the end of the world. if the world was flat, there would be danger of falling off.
