"My partner and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Ozen Life Maadhoo resort. I can honestly say that the entire Ozen life team are super well trained as the service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff, no matter what their position were so welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get everyone's names , however every waiter, waitress, barman, bar-women , butler , chef , room cleaners, boat staff, gym staff , spa staff etc were excellent. I want to particularly call out that as I'm the awkward one, being a vegan, the chefs picked up on this quickly and did everything to ensure that I was catered for. The head chef also ensured that no matter which restaurant I ate at , I would be looked after. The resort is super well catered for and is perfect for families with a lot to do to keep all family members entertained. We absolutely loved the underwater restaurant . The Indonesian restaurant was also superb . The buffet restaurant was also amazing every day. The service is honestly 5 star and surpassed most of the other 5 star hotels we stayed in on our 3 week December trip. The only one comment which is nothing to do with the staff / service is that the whole resort is a little tired ( after being open for years) and compared to other 5 star hotels, is behind on their interiors."

"Had a really wonderful stay at Madi Grand for 2 nights. The room was nice and clean, the staff were very kind! The hotel manager especially was so nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here and it's a safe place for solo travellers. "

"Great staff , they are a sincere bunch of guys , always ready to help out. The property could use a little maintenance however it is kept clean and tidy. A sweet one star and I would recommend this place and would have no problems returning. "
