"This is my favourite hotel in Himeji. While older and perhaps not as trendy as some newer properties, it is still exceptionally well-maintained and very comfortable. The public bath, while small, is very much appreciated. The dining/breakfast room on the top floor is still quite elegant (french-style) with great views of Himeji Castle in the distant background. The location is great, 5 minute walk from Himeji Stn and local buses. The only and very minor negative might be that the entrances can be a little bit confusing - there are at least three different entrances, each involving taking elevators to get to the lobby - but you will get used to it! Highly recommended."

"Everything I’m looking for. Modern and clean. Quiet. Lovely view of city and mountains in the distance. Really easy to walk to from the main train station. Watch your maps first time, there’s a little parking lot with bridge to enter the hotel. Tub was bigger than usual nice for a soak. Everything you neee in the room like little fridge. "

"The breakfast, which uses ingredients from the Himeji area, is really delicious."
