"The property itself is spacious and the room I booked was well appointed; it is close to all the baths and an easy walk from the train station. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous- embodying true Japanese approach interactions.They gave tips for eating out and experiencing Onsen culture. I highly recommend staying here. I would stay here again on another visit to lovely Kinosaki Onsen. A special thank you to Kaki-san, Hara-san and Satoh-san. I appreciated your warmth and genuine welcome! "

The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did...
