"Hi Hilton Odawara team, Thank you for your warm hospitality and perfect service. My family and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, the beautiful view from my room was magnificent. We will never forget such incredible scenery. "Check in was super seamless through the cafe. They gave us a bag of ground coffee to use with the pour over set up in our room which was really nice as most cafes open late. The loft was perfect for our two boys who loes it. "

"Very Nice property and great location. Clean and modern with comfortable beds and large enough space. Only 2 small complaints. 1. The bath towels are very small and thin. Not the same level that you would find in a hotel, they are just a little larger than a hand towel. 2. And another problem that I have been censored to mention."
