"Well appointed and connected. Literally just outside the station and next to restaurants and shopping. Place smells wonderful and room is bright. We appreciated having space to do our own thing as bathroom, toilet and luggage area were separated. A minor issue at check in - while they stored our luggage for us, they did not process check in at 1pm. We understand that rooms are available from 3pm so why did they need to ask for all our passports to verify a reservation? We had to extract our...

"Small but tidy place to stay. Comfortable bed snd pillows and easy to book cleaning service. There was an unfortuante sewerage smell from the toilet and sink holes that filled the bathroom with an awful smell. The parking service was fantastic and staff were very helpful."

"It was a typical Dormy Inn stay. I enjoy the hotel for its location and amenities. It is within walking distance to many of the cultural sites in the city as well as many good restaurants. The free ramen in the evening is a nice touch especially after a long soak in the outside onsen. The breakfast buffet is good and has a large selection of food. The beds are extremely hard but clean. I tend to bring my own blankets and pillows from home to make them more comfortable. I do find it frustrating...

"The seamless pick up at the station and the lovely kamakuras in the hotel were great. Meal service was great. Staff onsite were wonderful and the snow views made everything magical. The town was v quiet so buy whatever you need before you arrive. Also make sure to alert the staff 5 days in advance if u have dietary needs, the reservation/meals team would not accommodate last minute dietary restrictions even if you have legit reasons which tbh was the only disappointment in our almost perfect...

"It’s good as usual. When I stay overnight in Aomori, Daiwa is one of my chosen places when available. In house parking and attached Lawsons is perfect! It made the stay easier especially during the winter season. "

"30 minute walk from station or 10 minutes bus ride with 5 minutes walk or quick or affordable taxi. Onsen was great. Lots of amenities. Park with cherry blossoms, convenience store, and restaurants within walking distance. Beds are comfortable. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!"
