Vacation home with traditional thatched roof, typical local stone fencing and 727 m2 of land is located in a newly built vacation home complex. It offers plenty of space for four vacation guests (two bedrooms with double box-spring beds and TV) and has a spacious living/dining area, an inviting bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, WC and sauna on the upper floor and a guest WC on the ground floor.

On the ground floor there is an approx. 30 square meter living-dining area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV with Sky, DVD player, PS4, stereo system and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. The existing beach chair and two sun loungers invite you to linger.

Tea towel, shower mat, CHIMNEY WOOD for one-time firing, included.
The natural bathing area of the vacation home complex on the Bodden offers bathing fun (approx. 100 meters as the crow flies).
The visitor's tax is exempt up to the age of 15. Tourist tax for dogs is charged separately. For ERW is indicated in the prices. You are welcome to ask.
