Adorable, with a great view
This view is amazing and in the quietest community. Well there were the 7am church bells every morning, but it's really still peaceful and quaint. Lots of space for our party of 3. It felt like home. Right outside downtown Fussen, but perfectly located near the castles and anything which way you want to go.

Excellent apartment in Fussen.
An excellent and peaceful location. The apartment is clean and well equipped with a veranda overlooking Fussen. The Konigscard was invaluable, offering free entry to many of the attractions. If using public transport this will also give you the advantage of free local bus travel. In summer, take hiking gear for the beautiful mountain walks. We suggest getting to the ticket centre at Hohenschwangau when it opens at 0730 to avoid the worst of the queues for Schloss Neuschwanstein. The Stadt museum in the cloister of St Mang's Abbey in Fussen was also a highlight. The hosts are very kind and welcoming - we would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Stay in Füssen
Füssen is a beautiful area. It was unusually hot during our brief stay. We were in the second floor, and heat rises. We had access to one fan, which we kept in the common area where the kids (and I) slept and inquired into one more (for the bedroom). Carola responded to all our communications in good time, and even though we ended up with the one fan, we would choose this place again. The Van Doren Family

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

Clean apartment; friendly host
The apartment is a good size, with room enough for our family of 5. The separate toilet/sink and shower/sink were great, although we would have liked to have hand soap at both sinks. The kitchen is well stocked; while we did not cook there, we did use plates and glasses and there was a nice selection. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The bedroom is a decent size but the entry is narrow due to the size of the bed and wardrobe, as mentioned by another reviewer. Our only complaint was the sofa bed was not very comfortable for the 2 adults who needed to sleep on it. The landlord was very friendly, and check in was very easy. We did not receive a Konigscard during our stay. We were able to find parking on the street near the building without difficulty. I will say that there is a construction project next door. We were not bothered by any noise as we were there over a holiday weekend, but I suspect there will be noise in the future.

Clean, quiet, affordable
We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the apartment was clean and quiet, parking was easy, and our two adults and three young children slept very comfortably. We would absolutely stay here again--and probably will! I appreciated how easy it was to check in; we simply received the key from a neighbor and went up by ourselves. Some visitors might expect more of a "tour" of the apartment upon check-in, but honestly I prefer just to be left alone to settle in after a long trip with children. We had plenty of linens, towels, kitchen items, and so on, but the bathrooms were missing hand soap, which caught us a little bit by surprise.

Very convenient to visit Fussen. The hosts gave us a Konig card that saved us hundreds of euros (free bike rentals, free museum entrance, free boat tickets, etc.). We don't speak much German, but the hosts made up for it with much effort. The apartment was really nice for 4 people. My son slept in the alcove, which afforded him much privacy. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Laundry was available for an extra fee. Also, be aware that Fussen charges a hotel tax that you'll need to pay before leaving. I think this is in the description. Awesome hosts! Great place!

Great location for day trips.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral (aber in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet) und man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit in der Stadt. Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, ist diese naturgemäß im Sommer etwas wärmer - aber eine Ventilator stand zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos. Gross, gemütlich, ruhig gelegen und doch in kurzer Gehdistanz zur Altstadt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation schnell und gut. Gerne wieder.

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erkunden und mit der Königscard Angebote gratis / vergünstigt in Anspruch nehmen. Der Vermieter Wolfgang ist ein "feiner Kerl", sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns da gewesen.

Urlaub in Füssen
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von H. Schopper super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle Geräte vorhanden, um sich selbst perfekt versorgen zu können, wenn man das denn möchte im Urlaub. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein großzügiger Balkon. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten direkt in der Innenstadt. Herr Schopper selbst ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter, der uns auch einige gute Tips für unsere Unternehmungen gegeben hat. Außerdem durften wir unsere Räder in seiner Garage unterstellen. Alles in allem können wir diese Ferienwohnung hundertprozentig empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Familie Oelkers

Die Ferienwohnung lag ruhig und man war in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt von Füssen. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit noch einmal diese Wohnung mieten.

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Allgäu
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und sympatisch und die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Alpenblick war jeden Tag ein Highlight. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
