Not what we have expected...
"Reception speaks English barely. Located in the outskirts of Penafiel. Restsurant was closed for dinner. Spa costs 25€ per person!!! No guest used it. Expensive, not VFM."

"La limpieza en los baños dejó mucho que desear. Falta menaje en la cocina (cucharas para servir, espumadera, cuchillos en condiciones, cucharas de postre, etc.) y este no estaba limpio. La bandeja del horno no era de ese modelo por lo que era imposible dejarla en una altura determinada, solo se podía ..."
