Peaceful 2BR apt. with IPTV/WIFI/AC/POOL

The apartment is located in the quiet Torreblanca neighbourhood of Fuengirola. It's functionally equipped with all you need for a pleasant and hassle free stay. Like the HD television with suscription channels from all the countries in the world so you can watch your football league and tournaments, six nations rugby and other events. The WiFi connection is very good. There is AC in the living room for cooling and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has just been reformed.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a big double bed and the other with two singles. There are linens and towels provided for each guest.

In the living room there is a big sofa with L form, very comfortable. The TV has all the Spanish channels, English, American, Scandinavian, French... Even paid channels where you can watch all matches of Premiere League, Spanish League, Champions League, the Six Nations and other sport events.

The bathroom has been recently reformed, it has a walk in shower with a rain shower head on the and the normal hand nozzle also. The toilet is new and has a bidet shower also known as a "bum gun", a hand-held triggered nozzle that delivers a spray of water.

The kitchen counts with all types of appliances like dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a fridge. And it also has it's pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes...

There is a lovely communal pool surrounded by grass area very inviting to relax and sunbathe there. The pool is and has on one side very shallow pool for little kids and the other side is deeper like a normal pool.

Outside in the streets there is parking space reserved for the building, so you can park your car there.

Torreblanca del Sol is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Fuengirola. The beach and the promenade are very nice there, clean sand beaches. In the area there are many pubs and restaurants, also some take away food restaurants. The train station is very close from the apartment, you can walk to it and take the train to Fuengirola centre. There is a supermarket down the street very near and which is well stocked.

You don't necessarily need a car, you can walk to the beach, and the train station is just a few steps away from the apartment. By train you can go to Fuengirola centre. You can also walk to the near supermarket. If you want to get a taxi back to the apartment from the beach or from the centre it would only cost around 6€.

Please note that this apartment is located a bit up hill so it can be a tedious walk to come back from the beach. There are a couple of steep slopes on your way to the apartment. Also the apartment is on a second floor and there is no elevator. So it's not recommendable for the elderly or people with mobility difficulties.
