Situated in the heart of Los Boliches, you’re just a short  10-minute walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, and train station (15-minute walk) for easy access to nearby attractions.
The apartment has a double bedroom and A / C with cooling and heating. The bathroom has a bath with shower.
The apartment is otherwise equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, communal pool, washing machine, fridge and freezer and much more. There is a private parking lot with one parking space.
