"Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. The skybar was one of the main things that attracted us to the hotel when looking and had we known it wouldn’t be open we may have reconsidered this. "

"I was told by agent that I could not have the property I paid for as booking was made on day I wanted to begin reservation as their deposit system couldn’t process less than 24 hours. He offered me another no deposit room but for €200 more. I almost paid it until I was told that the swimming pools were closed from September and lied about it being a city policy. It is not. "I had an excellent stay at this hotel, which offers fantastic value for money. Everything is new and well-maintained. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, with a superb shower. They thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, which was a lovely touch. The included breakfast was sufficient and of good quality. Even though there isn’t a full-time reception, the customer service via WhatsApp and onsite during their limited schedule...
