"It was like staying in a National Trust house - old, full of charm and beauty, interesting artefacts everywhere, rattly floorboards. Nice and quiet at night. The price for that was a seriously hard mattress and a twisty route to the dedicated bathroom."

"Well, that view!!! It’s stupendous. You won’t find a better one on the island. My friend and I spent many happy hours watching the waves crash in (storm out at sea, we presumed) and really didn’t want to leave to catch our flight home. The house itself is even nicer than in the photos, very clean, welcoming and modern. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a real bonus. The kitchen has everything you might need, except a decent kettle (the one provided looked to us like a keep-hot jug)....

"Really enjoyed the house, kitchen had everything you could need and it was very clean. Well located for exploring the island, lighthouse, salt flats and volcanoes all just a few minutes away. Fantastic walking path to Cumbre Vieja starting in the forest behind the house, highly recommended. Punta Banco is a great spot on the coast for just watching the huge Atlantic waves crashing onto the little beach there.
