"Sehr angenehmer und relaxter Aufenthalt. Das Areal des Hotels ist sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Blick auf den See sowie die Berge - am Abend toller Sonnenuntergang. Service Staff war sehr hilfsbereit, Late Check-out war möglich. Schöner Pool, mit super Blick. "Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. "This hotel has its unique design and is full of its own friendly culture. It is a little bit far from the downtown area but because of that it is located in a quite environment. I can see the staff members tried their best to serve and they should be recognized. "

I particularly enjoyed the short hiking tour and the guided trip to the best spot to watch the sunset over the lake—an unforgettable experience!
