"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. "This was the absolute worst experience I have had while traveling. I have visited many countries in Europe, and many cities mostly in Poland and I am not one to complain but this is an exception. "The photos are misleading, they show a different facility than the one we slept in... We've got room in other (older) building with not so good conditions. The room smelled very badly of sewage, we had to ventilate it a lot.
