"Nice house in good location."

"We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

"Ideal location for the good quality golf courses in the area. Whilst this is a good property there were a few areas that we thought could be improved on. We arrived on a Sunday evening and shops are closed in France. A welcome pack with a few essentials would be appreciated. Listing on VRBO advised that towels were provided, none in the gite, not even a tea towel for drying up. Outside areas could do with a tidy and the grass cut and patio furniture requires a clean or an upgrade. On a positive,...

"A spacious very well equipped gite in a rural agricultural region. Several very pleasant nearby towns which have a good selection of shops, cafes, restauants etc. The hosts were very pleasant and respectul and it was a treat to hear owls at night."

"We absolutely loved our stay here, we had everything we needed. We met both Carine and her son in law, both very warm and welcoming, and quick to respond to messages when we needed some assistance. "Fijn verblijf gehad. Eigenaresse had zelfs veel speelgoed voor onze kinderen geregeld. En ze dacht zelfs aan de baby; babykleed, campingbedje. Toen wij de barbecue niet aankregen en we haar een bericht daarover stuurde, kwam ze direct naar ons toe. Super 👌"

"This was a fantastic longere in the countryside, its was a 10-15 minute drive to nearest bakery and supermarket. It had a fabulous, heated swimming pool, which was very useful with small children and the good weather. The large garden was a little disappointing as they had let the grass and shrubs grow wild and we couldn't sit in the shade under the trees as advertised. "

"Although we have been to Northern France on numerous occasions this was a first, and it did not disappoint. Large property accommodating our party of 3 adults and 3 children (9-14). "We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage and premises were very nice with a lovely pool. Very convenient and near to other attractions, lovely walks and beaches. However, we are older visitors, one who has poor health and we needed a restful and peaceful stay. Although it was lovely to have children around in the other four cottages, there were a quite a lot, 11 in total and at the same time as ourselves which did impact on our daily plans. "We had a lovely stay at the Bakery whilst competing in an off-road rally. The gite has all the facilities and equipment you need to make for an enjoyable time away, especially when the log burner is lit! We would highly recommend this gite for families or groups of friends as there’s both communal and private space. We’ll be back!"
