"We had the perfect stay. We could see the sea from our room and also got to watch some of Great Yarmouth Town V Lakenheath, as we overlooked the football ground. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend! "

"Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. "In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "We enjoyed a lovely one night staff a Decoy Barn. We were given tea and cake on arrival and a lovely breakfast the next morning. It was a very comfortable bed which was much needed after a long journey. Many thanks."
