Near Frösön is Östersund, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants and cultural experiences such as Jamtli museum and Storsjöbadet.

Storsjöyran in Östersund is one of Sweden's largest and oldest music festivals, known for its lively atmosphere and breadth of music genres. The festival takes place every summer and attracts visitors from all over the country and the world. For several days, the city is filled with concerts by both internationally known artists and local talent, as well as a variety of other cultural events and activities
