"We were only there for a short one night stay, but it was so nice that we wished we had more time to enjoy it! The room was nicely designed, clean, and spacious. The eating area and breakfast were wonderful. It was a quiet spot, but still close to popular sights. Giorgio was so accommodating and made us feel very welcome. He gave us a list of restaurant suggestions, provided us with useful tips, and answered any questions we had. An awesome host! Hope to go back one day! "

"A true diamond of the Umbrian countryside. This beautifully maintained historic property overlooks woodland and fields. The garden is well kept with lots of fruit trees, limes, pomegranate and flowers. Plenty of shade and sun. Breakfast in the garden was just lovely, a friendly cat came to visit every morning! The pool area and bar are fab, bar and pool staff very helpful. The house staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. It felt like home away from home, because the atmosphere...

If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. "A truly horrible experience. Do not recommend anyone to go to this place. First of all we arrived at night they went to the parking lot they did not know English they drove us crazy they brought us to another hotel that also belongs to them and just understood that it was a mistake and we were right. The room had a heavy smell of smoking even though it was nonsmoking rooms, they did not know any English was hard to communicate sucks at the levels we just wanted to go and leave the place no one...
