"Gorgeous location looking high over the countryside of Gubbio. The on site restaurant was delicious. Loved the shaved truffles and cream sauce pasta. The pool also provided a nice refreshing dip after the heat of walking around Gubbio (though the required disposable swimming cap was a bit odd). "

"Sebbene indicato correttamente da google maps la strada per arrivare non ispira molta fiducia. Essendo isolato è molto tranquillo. Sicuramente è più fruibile d'estate (piscina, maneggio, spazi esterni con area bimbi) ma anche d'inverno ha il suo fascino (camino, il salone). Gli spazi sono ampi e confortevoli e i gestori cordiali e disponibili. Non lontano ci sono molti posti da vedere. WiFi più che accettabile."

"The property is beautiful. A few things could be improved. A banister on the stairs would have been helpful. We are in our seventies and found the stairs to be a bit scary. The double bedroom in the main room could use a luggage rack, no place to put your bags other than on the floor. The corners on the bed frame were very sharp as well We were surprised that there was no hand soap, no coffee, no sugar, no dish soap, or salt and pepper. "We stayed there for 4 nights, June 30-July 4th 2017. We had a 3 days wedding in Fano, Pesaro, Gradara area. We liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom, we used 3 out of the 4 bedroom. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti un appartamento con cucina e ci è stata data una stanza tripla.Ci siamo accomodati,qualcosa non ci tornava e abbiam controllato la prenotazione (essendo in un posto dove non prende telefono nè internet e con wifi che funziona male c’abbiam messo un’ora a collegarci). La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. "if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...
