"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, in Bezug auf den oben genannten Urlaub bringe ich folgende Reklamationen an: Die Reisegruppe (13 Personen) bestand aus Jugendlichen im Alter zwischen 17 - 25 Jahren. "We had a room with a panoramic view over the mountains. Not many plug sockets (old building). Bed was a little hard and bathroom very bijou. Mini bar with juice, beer etc. Staff v friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent. Approx 10 min walk from Rimini shuttle bus stop. Close to the first tower. ..."
