"Amazing desk staff - very nice, energetic, caring and helpful! Property was fantastic, clean, very nice room. The area around the hotel, like many inner city areas is rife with homelessness and drug use - many addicts using in the alley beside/across from the hotel, some yelling (a bit of screaming) and some noisy neighbours adjacent to the hotel. "As a woman solo traveling I would never recommend this “hostel” to someone. There are not locks on the pod doors or the lockers. It is extremely poorly maintained with stains on the ceiling of the pods, the towels, and the beds. The rooms have no ventilation so they smell with sweaty feet. It certainly doesn’t meet fire or safety codes. There is one unclean bathroom (one toilet and one sink and one shower) for the whole hostel.
