"Lovely, quirky hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Reception area is lovely to sit and relax in with complimentary coffees, water, and teas along with your choice of cakes. They also had a lovely big fruit bowl which you could help yourself to. I thought was a nice touch. "

"Obviously this hotel would be the best option if you booked the Starlight Express show as it's literally next door to the venue. The staff were polite, helpful, efficient, and spoke great English. Rooms were clean and functional and there is an option to book a buffet dinner for after the matinee or after the evening show. The hotel will costa bit extra than the ones further away, but it is more than worth it. Make sure you check in at least half an hour before the show as there may be queues from other guests during that time."

"The hotel is actually split across two seperate buildings. This isn’t a problem but something that’s not obvious from their website. The room was clean and comfortable. But no tea/coffee, fridge, iron, or air con! Not a problem in October but might be in summer! Functional but certainly no more. Benefit is very close to Hauptbahnhof. If you need a simple but comfortable option, this is it. "
