"This is a great hotel for early flights, or even not so early. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a real bonus The staff are efficient and helpful. We ate in the Aviator Bar which was great for a light late lunch. We then had dinner in the restaurant when we were looked after by the lovely Daniel. He was friendly, attentive and charming. A real star. "

I was offered a change of room when I reported the issue but it wasn't unbearably cold fortunately so I said it would be fine as long as it was fixed on the second day of my stay but it wasn't!"
