About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Negotiable! Hot tub, new kitchen and master bath.

This newly remodeled 2-story townhome has been decorated to make you feel relaxed and able to fully enjoy your Rocky Mountain experience. There are tennis courts, a one-car garage and a deck and balcony off the master bedroom with spectacular views of the mountains. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a deep, extremely comfortable mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed.

This beautiful, conveniently located unit is 2 blocks from Main Street in downtown historic Frisco. Frisco is an 1880’s mining town surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains and on Lake Dillon. Frisco is in the center of Summit County’s downhill ski areas: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone & Arapahoe Basin are only a short drive to Vail & Beaver Creek.

Some of the best cross country skiing can be found at the Frisco Nordic Ski Center and for those more adventurous, we are just a few blocks from mountain trails. Of course there are outdoor activities all year round, including the Ten Mile recreational trail, which has over 50 miles of paved path, used year round, that stretches from Vail to Frisco & Dillon & from Keystone to Breckenridge. There is boating on Lake Dillon in the summer, special art and musical events all year round.

It’s an easy drive from Denver to Frisco and whether you drive or take other transportation, you’ll never need a car once you arrive. The unit is located within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and only a couple blocks from the Summit Stage that offers free shuttle service to the Summit Ski areas and the Silverthorn Factory Outlet stores.

A Perfect Frisco Stay
We stay in Frisco because of it is so close to so many great ski resorts. Since there was only 4 of us, this place was perfect for our needs. This place checked off all the boxes: 2 beds, 2 baths, fireplace and a clean private hot tub. The kitchen had literally everything needed for cooking any meals. The bathrooms were well stocked with soap and shampoos. The garage was great for storing our equipment and for getting into a warm vehicle before going skiiing. I'd love to come back and stay in the warmer months since it is so close to downtown Frisco. Tracy's communication was top-notch. This is a great VRBO!

Nice property with a great location & private hot tub
Very comfortable townhouse that’s super convenient to multiple mountains and Frisco’s shops and restaurants. Nicely equipped kitchen made breakfast & coffee easy to make, and the private hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day skiing. Electric baseboard heaters are very effective

Great condo
The property is as advertised, very clean, and convenient location to Frisco. The property manager did a great job of reaching out to us, but for some reason I wasn't able to use to VRBO site to respond. I just kept getting an error, so was never able to let the property manager know I was receiving their messages. We enjoyed the property. It was a perfect size for 4 adults. The hot tub was a nice addition.

Great Location in Frisco, CO
Overall we were generally satisfied with the accomodations except for the lack of air flow through the unit in the afternoons after being closed in due to non operational window across from the dining room table. We had to leave the garage door open with the door to the garage open alot to get air through the unit to the rear sliding door which was great but sometimes buggey(open to insects, etc..) The hot tub was very nice and used almost daily along with the occasional use of the gas grill. Contact with Host did not resolve the heat/air flow issue but did help to improve the Hot Tub temp issue. Would consider staying again if window issues can be resolved.

Perfect Spot!
The house was clean and held everything we needed. The space was homey and large enough we didnt feel like we were living on top of each other. Tracy was fantastic and responsive! The location was ideal - quick drive to most ski resorts and Frisco is such a cute town. Hot tub instructions were clear and concise. Having the garage to store our boards and snow gear to dry was a huge convenience. Parking was easy and exactly what we needed.

Excellent stay. Will go back again if available
The cleaning when we entered was sub par but we were refunded our cleaning fee and making some beds and sweeping and picking up trash was worth the low cost. The back patio was covered in snow we had to shovel to get to the hot tub but again it was cheap so we did the work

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for our trip. The location was great for heading out to restaurants in Frisco and very quick access to stores and the freeway to head to Copper Mountain. The hot tub was very well maintained. Having two full baths was a nice accommodation as well. Would definitely stay here again.

good value but better clarity would help
Our experience was fairly unremarkable, in a good way - as a semi-last minute booking (~24 hrs) it was well appointed, clean, and cozy. However, there were a couple negative points that I am compelled to share: 1. What does 'negotiable' mean? In the listing title and description you find the word 'negotiable' - which I understood to mean the price would be negotiable (likely because it was off-season and last minute). However, when inquiring with the listing agent what this meant and offering an interpretation ($50 off of $650 to defer some of the cleaning fees), my question was flatly ignored. We ultimately still booked the place so it wasn't a money thing; my issue is with not engaging on a sincere inquiry. It honestly did convince us to request this property over a few others of similar size, price and location, but feels like it was included disingenuously. 2. Inconsistent details about visits from workers. Both the detailed check in instructions and the printed instructions at the property indicated that we should expect the possibility of a visit from a technician to check and clean the hot tub during the week on Tuesday. No problem - until Friday afternoon when two guys randomly walked from the street into the yard where the tub was set and started working on it. My wife was breastfeeding our baby on the couch and yeah, she was surprised to say the least. No knock or doorbell either - just up and start working. They were gone in 20 minutes so it wasn't a long interruption but it was unexpected, which is never fun. Not sure if the fact that I wasn't able to get the hot tub to heat up past 95 degrees after they left was related, but the hot tub was nevertheless unusable for our last day there. 3. Warning about non-compliant safety standards on the stairs. Our children are 2 and 6 months. We are likely more aware of child safety things like slippery floors, sharp edges, etc. We had no expectations that any childproofing would be in place because that's beyond reasonable. However, we did not expect the handrail of the stairs leading up to the bedrooms to have spindles wide enough apart for our toddler to fit through without touching either side. I get that the condo is a reno of a 50s style ranch and had period elements like that throughout the house - but that is something that should be noted in the description. We honestly would not have chosen this property if we knew our daughter couldn't use the stairs by herself.
