🚙 The unit also has a spacious driveway with plenty of additional parking and is professionally maintained in the winter.

OUTSIDE SPACE:
🌳 Our place has a small mulched side yard with a seating area for you to gaze at the summits during the day or relax under the stars at night. You can access biking and hiking trails from here.

☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. (We provide a portable A/C unit in the living room)
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
- The king bed is s pillow-top, which is soft and cozy. (Not firm for those that like a hard mattress)
No Check In/Check Out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. If booked for these dates, we will have to change or cancel the reservation.
