Take a break from it all and make your way to this gorgeous home away here in Frisco! From the high ceilings to the airy layout, this mountain lodge is more than ready to assist in making the best memories with family and friends. Entertaining will be a breeze with the large flatscreen TV, free WiFi, and a gourmet kitchen boasting a gas range, breakfast bar seating, beautiful countertops, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup at the end of each tasty meal enjoyed with loved ones. Come summer, the spacious deck will be just the place to soak up the summer air and sip a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

When it is time to hit the hay, there are three floors to allow everyone to spread out and find their own peace and quiet. The lower floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms that are ensuite for two of the bedrooms. The main floor is home to the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Head upstairs and you will find the main bedroom boasting an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub that will be the perfect way to slip into relaxation mode each night.

What's nearby:
Located a block off of Main Street, you and your guests will have no trouble hopping in the cart and making the quick half-mile drive into the heart of town. If a morning hike is on the agenda, check out North Tenmile Creek Trailhead, Mount Royal Trailhead, or Rainbow Lake Trailhead all located within a half-mile of home base. For more summer activities, Dillon Reservoir will be just the place to swim, boat, or simply chill out on the sand with a good book in hand. Not to mention, the skiers of the group will easily get their fill of powder at Copper Mountain (seven miles south) or Breckenridge Ski Resort (11 miles south).

Dishwasher doesn't work
Great property and location. Great for skiing Copper with nearby shuttle. Only complaint is that the dishwasher wasn't hooked up AMD couldn't use it.

Great house layout
House was very clean. excellent layout and large kitchen; The pots, pans and small appliances need upgraded. Dishwasher didn’t clean well. House is at a great location ; Close to shuttle stop and walking distance to town. We would stay there again.

Great Location / Great Views
Quick extended family trip up to the mountains with our little ones. Great views of Mount Royal and a nice stream in the back! The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in, the three bedrooms on the basement floor were great for the kids, and the mater suite was nice on the top floor!

Beautiful Place
Beautiful place that was very clean. Accommodates 4 couples great withe the four bedrooms. Only 2 negatives, master bedroom you didn’t have access to a closet to hang clothes and there was an ironing board but no iron.

The fact that it only takes minutes to get to Frisco, Keystone or Breckinridge is fabulous. There were 6 of us so we cooked many meals at the house. We had everything needed.

Spacious, comfortable, great location
The good: it's a lovely, spacious, comfortable large home in a great, easy to access location! We would go there again; we had 8 adults. Like so many other homes for rent, it's slightly dated in decor. . . but that's expected, and decor isnt the reason you are there! it features 4 full bathrooms - great for lots of adult guests, and a HUGE kitchen with all sorts of housewares. The Bad: We did have a few issues with the house; and i'd ask if they were fixed, or beware that they exist. They were not life altering, just inconveniences. (dishwasher didnt clean the dishes; downstairs toilet didnt fill with water in the tank; couldnt get garage door to shut completely). Vacasa staff were very responsive to anything we texted. We had a fabulous time there, ignored the small inconveniences.

Wonderful location
The home is large and comfortable. The location is wonderful - within walking distance to town, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and the sound of the river. For the most part, the home had everything that we needed for a family reunion of 10 adults and teens. We did have to ask one family member to bring a casserole dish at the last minute, since there were none in the kitchen. The house is advertised as a 4-bed, 4-bath which it is. But it should be noted that two bedrooms on the lower floor share a (large) bath. The 4th "bath" is off of the kitchen/living area and not next to a bedroom. Our biggest issue was the dishwasher did not clean the dishes, so we ended up washing dishes by hand for the entire week. It worked, just left them as dirty as when they went in. Quite a hassle on vacation - although we turned it into a family affair and enlisted the help of the teens. I noticed that a previous guest mentioned that they had to wash dishes also - so hopefully the owner can get the dishwasher replaced soon. On the next to the last day, the garage door opener broke down. Luckily we were able to open it manually to get the car out. I reported this and the dishwasher issue to the property manager by text, so hopefully they were able to get them fixed before the next guest arrived. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here and used the large kitchen and table for family dinners and nightly card games. Really enjoyed opening the windows to listen to the river.

Great house but beware of property manager
Overall the house is great- lots of space, walking distance to town, and allows up to 4 dogs which is unusual! But beware of the management company (vacasa). They were responsive when adding additional dogs/paying more before out stay but the minute there was an issue they became extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. First issue that went ignored was that they were still cleaning the house when we got there 1 hr after the check in time. There was also a door to the deck that didn’t lock that neighbors told us has been the case for months and a shower that didn’t work. Throguh the VRBO app vacasas customer service team was unhelpful then punted me to VRBO who told me I need to speak to vacasa and you can only outreach vacasa corporate. When I spoke to vacasa corporate they told me they couldn’t do much bc the local mgmt team makes decisions and I’ve been waiting weeks for a resolution. Long story short, it’s a great property and overall we enjoyed our stay but I will never stay at another vacasa property on the off chance I have an issue and need help.

Felt like home
10/10. The location is perfect. The creek and the trees grant privacy and ambience, while close enough to all of town to never need your car. House is very well designed. Sound doesn't travel from floor to floor. Main level had plenty of space for eating and hanging out. Comfy chairs to melt into. Top floor suite is gorgeous, comfortable bed, and beautiful views. I loved it in this house- thank you for sharing your space with us!

The house and location are fantastic! View out of the kitchen window is just amazing. It’s roomy and spacious & clean. It has a massage chair that was also awesome. The master bedroom and bath are great. The lower rooms were good and nice to have so many full baths. Loved it. Will definitely look into returning

This is a great house in a fantastic location in Frisco. Unfortunately there are a lot of small issues/details that should be addressed. Beds are not comfortable in a couple rooms. Kitchen has a lot of "stuff" but not practically stocked or organized. Closet doors off tracks and blinds not working in bedrooms. Wonderful deck but not very good furniture and photos on listing are winter pictures. Garage is a mess and there is no direction on what to do with garbage. The trash can was full when we got there and we had to leave several more full bags in the garage. Absolutely no information on when we were supposed to put trash out. And its colorado so you just can't leave trash cans outside. Contacted Vacasa about this early in our stay but like every other time I contacted them it took a few days to get any kind of response. We had a great time but improvements need to be made by owner and management company

Tranquility
The sound of the river behind and the view of Mount Royal in front of this beautiful three-story home are both features that must be mentioned. Close walk to Main Street, restaurants, shopping, etc. Hiking and biking trails are also within walking distance. The three-showerhead steam shower and jet bathtub are perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. We will definitely be back.
