"We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The view was just lovely. Also, as an end unit, it had a more expansive view and extra windows. The unit was very thoughtfully updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, the dryer was broken during our stay, but the owner of the property allowed us to use another property of theirs for laundry and was prompt about calling the repair people. "

"Our 6th time to Fripp, this was our favorite house we’ve rented. Love the layout of the house, plenty of space with everything being close on the same floor. Everything was very clean. Well stocked with essentials and much more. Great screened-in porch with ceiling fan. Beds very comfortable. Loved the neighborhood and the convenient location on the island. Only had one minor issue during our stay and Diane handled it immediately and was so kind. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone. "

"Sara was absolutely amazing and hospitable. Unfortunately we stayed during a hurricane (Helene) and had no power for a majority of the time we were there. There wasnt much Fripp could do but we made the most out of it."

"703 Amberjack is a very spacious, well stocked clean home. Great space for large family/friends. Plenty of parking. The owner was wonderful and we stayed in contact during our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again."

"This location and particularly the balcony view, exceeded my expectations! There were great touches, including updated fixtures and decor, new bedding, and linens, plenty of towels and comfortable sheets. When we arrived, the place was impeccably clean, and that is saying some thing from me. The patio furniture on the balcony was perfect, so that the spectacular view could be taken advantage of. I have pictures of groups of dolphins that I took directly from the balcony. This was an awesome experience all the way around!"

"This was our second time booking this condo. We absolutely love the view. We had a few situations that came up at the condo and each was taken care of immediately. The parking is easy with just few steps or use of elevator and you are at your condo. "
