A lovely 1 bedroom villa in Nerja... with pool table.

This charming cottage enjoys a convenient situation near Nerja and Frigiliana. Stroll out from the rustic, pretty living room to the shaded veranda terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views out to the sea. Inside, it's cosy and well prepared for a "just the two of us" holiday.



Location and outside area

A lovely rustic style cottage located just off the Nerja - Frigiliana road. The shops, tapas bars and restaurants of Nerja (2 km) are only 5 minutes drive. For those who prefer not to take the car every days, there is also a bus stop and restaurant nearby (100m). The villa enjoys a sunny position with wonderful views from the shaded veranda out to Nerja and the Mediterranean, making this a perfect spot for your alfresco dinners. A built-in barbecue and patio furniture is provided. At the rear, you'll enjoy the same lovely sea views at the private pool (5 x 3m) and a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers.

Inside and lay-out

The villa is smartly furnished with a cosy, rustic ambiance. There is a living/dining room with sofa, wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD. A breakfast bar separates the living from the kitchen equipped with 2 rings vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is double bedroom and a full bathroom. The washing machine is placed in an utility room.

Fantastic place to stay and unwind
Excellent property all round. Beautiful outdoor space and nice comfy bed. The only tiny issue is road noise and barking dogs. But neither really bothered us at all. Definitely return.

Beautiful Villa
This was a gorgeous Villa with fabulous outside space , lovely views , beautifully presented, clean and well equipped . It is a well loved property and highly maintained with great detail and even a fish pond .Games room was fantastic and I’m now a decent pool player.Definitely will go back

What an amazing find!
This was a perfect location for us to relax in. It is an area we are familiar with and this was perfectly located to give us privacy on site and access to all the amenities - supermarkets, restaurants and wonderful beaches. A car is essential if you want to explore this beautiful area. We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool reading with occasional dips in the pool to cool off. Definitely no lack of sunshine! With both a terrace that enjoys sun all day and one that offers welcome shade it was lovely. Communication with the agent was perfect and all arrival and departure information was very clear. We hope to return again one day and would highly recommend this for some couple time.

Außergewöhnliches Häuschen für zwei Personen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war in einem super Zustand und es fehlte an nichts. Auch auf den Terrassen boten sich viele Plätze zum Verweilen. Im Ganzen waren das Haus und der Garten mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für Abwechslung sorgten der Pool, ein kleines Gartenhäuschen mit Billardtisch und Dartsscheibe und die Outdoorküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und total unkompliziert. Wir konnten leider kein Spanisch, aber die Konversation auf Englisch war einwandfrei. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das nächtliche, laute Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft. Insgesamt war das Haus für uns ein Volltreffer. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war äußerst gepflegt und wir liebten es dort zu sein. Das Außengelände ist mit unterschiedlichen sonnigen und schattigen Sitzplätzen (unterm Dach bei Regen, im Freien, am Pool) - alle mit herrlichem Meerblick - ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Schlafzimmer klimatisiert - die Küche gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Insektengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen konnte gut gelüftet werden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Dass man bestenfalls ein Auto benötigt, um in das herrliche weiße Dorf Frigiliana und nach Nerja und zu den Stränden zu gelangen, störte uns überhaupt nicht. Die Fahrt dauert max 5-10 Minuten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

Wunderschönes Bauernhaus
Ein wunderschönes- mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Bauernhäuschen mit hochwertigen Möbeln und bequemen (1,60m) Bett Man hat einen herrlichen Rundumblick auf das Meer und in die Berge sowie den Mangoplantagen. Der Pool ist tollund man hat sehr viel Privatsphäre. Als störend empfanden wir die - sehr - befahrene Haupstraße sowie das nie endende Gebell der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft.

We komen hier al 7 jaar en genieten elke keer weer van het mooie terras met zwembad, het uitzicht. Ondanks dat je in een bewoond gebied zit heb je genoeg privacy. De locatie is perfect te bereiken. Ook `s avonds als het donker is. Dicht bij de stranden en de plaatsen als Nerja, Torrox en Frigiliana. Dagje naar Malaga, Granada of Cordoba is prima te doen. Eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en via de app/telefoon goed bereikbaar. Voor 2 personen echt een perfecte locatie. Ook om een keer vrienden te ontvangen voor een gezellige middag/avond.

Urlaub wie auf Wolken
Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war von Anfang an gut, ebenso die Wegbeschreibung. Den Schlüssel fanden wir sofort und checkten uns selbst ein. Tolle Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, sehr gutes Bett. Aber unschlagbar die Aussenanlage. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten luden zum verweilen ein. Abends illuminierten zahllose Solarlichter die Terrassen, abgesehen zu den Außenlichtern und dem Poollicht, das man manuell schalten konnte. Herrlich der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Mittelmeer, Nerja und Torrox. Ruckzuck am Strand oder in die Berge. Via Email blieb der Kontakt zu Agentur, die bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen schnell antwortete. Straßengeräusche waren in der Tat zu hören, aber wir empfanden es nicht als lästig und entspannten absolut in dem Ambiente. Es war einfach nur ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, traumhaft schön. Prima der große Kühlschrank, wo man gerade in den heißen Tagen gut gekühlte Waren unterbringen kann.

Éste es el tercer año que nos alojamos en esta casa y cada vez nos gusta más. Tiene todo lo que pedimos para nuestras vacaciones, buenas instalaciones, vistas geniales, muy buena ubicación, muy limpia y no le falta detalle. Además, está cerca de Nerja y de Frigiliana, y muy cerca también de las playas. Estar aquí es descansar, es tranquilidad. Totalmente recomendable. Los dueños son muy agradables y se preocupan por tener la casa cada vez mejor.

My husband and I have just returned from ...
My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful 9 day holiday spent at this lovely villa. The car ride was around 40 minutes from Malaga airport - the villa is tucked away behind private automatic gates and feels very secure. The owners were fantastic and made us feel so welcome and at home. The villa was spotlessly clean . A car is necessary as mentioned - a large Lidl supermarket is 2 mins away and Nerja town centre 10 mins by car - bus stop outside and around 8 euro's in cab home again. The surrounding mountain's and small villages are amazing - it offer's the best that Andulucia has to offer - in between the sea and mountain's. Lot's to see and do in Nerja - great choice of bar's and restaurants - a visit to the caves is a great day out.We drove to Marbella for lunch one day (around an hour's drive). The photo's do not do the outside space justice - their is now a little outhouse with the pool table and another toilet- also an enclosed outside shower. We will be back !

Alles klopt in deze casita. Heerlijk terras met vele plekken om heerlijk buiten te zitten. De ligging nabij Nerja en Frigiliana is ideaal voor het bezoeken van restaurantjes etc. We komen hier zeker nog terug
