"The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable."

"Just returned home from my stay at this property and I must say that I totally enjoyed it. The house is air conditioned and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. If excersize walking is your thing, this particular neighborhood is ideal. You can walk within the neighborhood comfortably-- no need to go to the main road. In addition to everything stayed before, the owner and on-island contact are pleasant and respond quickly to inquiries. All in all, great place, nice stay!"

"We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate. "Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new. Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom). There’s more, but you get the idea. Also, you have to use about 2 km of rough dirt road to get to it, and when it rains hard...

"My partner and I and 3 of our 4 kids (ages 22, 20 and 16) spent a week in Nevis and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cades Bay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool was a great treat and every single evening we watched the sunset over the Caribbean in awe! "Quite comfortable with solid amenities and a touch of sophisticated modernity. Certainly an ideal for a mix of business and pleasure. Second time staying and still very appreciative of the neatness and generosity of space, as well as the availability and adeptness of the management. Would not have minded spending more time indoors but couldn't because of work. Next time will definitely lean into just relaxing indoors more."
