"This property was clean, quiet and affordable. We stayed one night while passing through York and were completely satisfied with our stay. While the room was dated, everything functioned as it should and was comfortable. The check in and check out were quick and interactions with staff were pleasant. "Eight of us were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. We needed some filters for the coffee pot, and there were no sheets for the futon. "
