"Ich habe schon ein paar Mal hier übernachtet und kann es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Besonders schön finde ich die vielseitige Saunalandschaft, den Pool und das leckere reichhaltige Frühstück. Auch in den Betten schläft es sich sehr gut. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche und es ist alles sehr sauber. Zum Empfang gibt es eine Flasche kostenloses Wasser. "

"GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. "Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Woche in Presseck. Allerdings mit ein paar Abstrichen. Die Betten und Matratzen sind vielleicht etwas für Kinder, für Erwachsene überhaupt nicht geeignet. Durchgelegen, knarzend, quitschend und zu klein. Das ganze Haus knarzt bei der kleinsten Bewegung, bei den ganzen Durchgangszimmern sehr ungünstig für jeden Schlaf. Es gibt kein Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, auch keine Streuer dafür, keinen Mixer, keine Mikrowelle, keine Bürste, keinen Schwamm, keine Stühle, keine "Möbel"...

"Lovely quiet, rural area. Fabulous forestry, rocky outcrops, scenery so green. Great for walking, cycling, exploring this part of northern Bavaria. Even though rural roads, superb, easy from A to B. Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. "I chose this hotel due to its idyllic look & since I was traveling with 4 colleagues, they all booked here too. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. "Very nice hotel near the main street. The restaurant was very good with traditional Thuringian food. It looks like the restaurant is used by locals too. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options available. The room was functional and the bathroom seemed newly renovated. The hotel had a sauna, but I didn’t use it."

"schön grosses Haus, tolle Natur, Ruhe...wunderbar! leider sind die Zimmer der 3. Etage mangels Sonnenschutz, Rollo, zugeschlossenen Fenstern eigentlich nicht zum Schlafen o zum Aufenthalt geeignet und es musste aufs Sofa ausgewichen werden-diese Schlafgelegenheiten sollten nicht angegeben werden vom Vermieter!"

"Meine Eltern hatten ihre Goldene Hochzeit und aus diesem Anlass sind Kinder, Enkel und Urenkel gemeinsam verreist. Wir waren 20 Personen mit einem Alter von 3 Monaten und 74 Jahren. Das Haus war super für unsere Reisegruppe und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten genug Zimmer und mit den zwei Küchen und den beiden vereinten Wohnzimmern viel Platz. So konnten wir auch an einer langen Tafel alle Personen für Frühstück, Spieleabende und andere Dinge zusammen bringen. Das Haus war sauber....
