The apartment is in an excellent location, at Seemoos in Friedrichshafen with a few steps to Lake Constance! The building is very chic and has a cute courtyard with benches and a meadow on the north side. To the west of the building is a small forest, which provides the apartment with fresh air. You can check in at any time by arrangement.

#To the flat:
The apartment is fully furnished (wardrobe, shelves, dressers, desk, dining table, chairs, TV, double bed, mattress, sofa (sofa bed)) and has a separate kitchen and bathroom. In the laundry room there are options for washing and drying laundry. The large balcony on which you can still take a breather after a hard day is pretty nice.
There is a parking space for your car directly at the house. You can also lock your bicycles in front of the apartment where they are safe and secure.

The apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen so that almost all sights, companies and transport links can be reached quickly. Nevertheless, the house is on one side of a small forest and on the back of a large meadow, which provide peace and fresh air! It is only a few minutes to the shores of Lake Constance and the outdoor pool, as well as to a supermarket in the neighborhood.
