Waterfront! Hot Tub!
This north facing, waterfront home just minutes from town, is a retreat for a small family or a few friends to come and relax on San Juan Island. (EWR) **There is a staircase that is used to access the house.

Located on the main floor is the gourmet kitchen with an open concept to the living room and incredible view of San Juan Channel.
Enjoy a movie on the Smart TV (Roku's equipped for each TV with your personal login) or sit and watch the boats cruise past the waterfront. A small collection of board games is provided in the living room for the family to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs (spices are not always guaranteed) which includes an in-island cooktop stove and sub-zero refrigerator. Seating at the bar and at the convertible armoire/table are the options to enjoy your meal.

There is a large, spacious deck off the living room to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a King bed, en suite bathroom with double sink and heated floors, and private outdoor deck. The extra room off the upstairs bedroom has a hide-a-bed couch and pack n' play for the smaller child.

Downstairs boasts a Queen bed, 3/4 bathroom and access to the outdoor 6-person hot tub.

Enjoy a meal on the picnic table while watching the boats drift by. This is a great space to relax and unwind on San Juan Island.

** Parents please be aware that this home has low-bank waterfront exposure and although the owners welcome families, the home may not be suitable for all children.
**Outdoor fires are not permitted at this property any time of year.

Location and amenities were great!! We combined getting out and exploring with a leisurely day inside playing games and photographing orcas. It was everything we were looking for in a local birthday weekend getaway!

GREAT STAY!
House and property were beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub and the close proximity to town, less than 10 minutes. The house was very well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and linens. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely lovely property! Better than the pictures! All amenities were as described. Wonderful getaway - the wood interiors give a treehouse feel overlooking the water. Spectacular!

Amazing Views!
This is a beautiful property, with decks overlooking the Salish Sea on all 3 levels. Very quiet, with only harbor seals and river otters to be seen. The stairway down from the parking location to the house entrance was well worthwhile for such a wonderfully situated house!

Perfect family getaway
This house is even more stunning than the photos. It was perfect for a family of five adults. The views from the balconies are breathtaking, we saw porpoises and seals. It is a quick drive to Friday Harbor and the house was well stocked and had the most homey feel. Could not have asked for anything better!

We just simply loved the home, and more importantly, the view and being on the Ocean. We live on Camano Island and i was born and raised there. Perfect in every way!
The pictures don't do this home justice. The hot tub is incredible, and the view is breath taking. We loved watching the sunset from the patio (which was amazing), and taking in the beauty. We had some questions about the ferry schedule, and the communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. I would 100% recommend staying here, and I will definitely be coming back :)

Loved this beautiful home. Views were phenomenal and the home had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that we were prohibited from using the fireplace (a must in the San Juan’s) and there was no propane gas fireplace outside. I would definitely add a gas fire pit outside and a better grill. There was also no dining table inside which was weird. Other than that the place was an A

Wonderful, unique stay
We spent 4 nights here and loved it. The islands had over a foot of snow on the ground when we arrived, but the property managers did an excellent job of shoveling out the driveway and putting salt down. The road down to the house is pretty steep and windy but it had been plowed and with the shoveled driveway we had no problems making it in or out. They even came back after a round of freezing rain and shoveled the ice off the driveway again. Truly heroic work that my wife and I are very thankful for. The house itself was great! Amazing view, modern and luxurious fittings, but still had the feel of a remote cabin thanks to the knotty pine walls. The hot tub was great too! Lots of wildlife to see, we spotted a river otter, stellar sea lions, seals, kingfishers, and eagles. Easy access to Friday Harbor or Roche. Close to the ferry, protected from prevailing winds. Just overall an excellent property and experience. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous, peaceful and cozy
Stunning views of the sound from every room. The home looked just like the pictures. We came here for a quick getaway with another couple, and we loved the board games, the decks, easy access to Friday Harbor, and privacy the home offered. We’d love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Evergreen Waterfront Retreat. Not too far from Friday Harbor and the view was incredible. The house was clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom was lovely, but missing a closet anywhere upstairs for hanging clothes. The bed mattress is needing a "flip" or replacement since there are dips which make it not as comfortable as I'm guessing it was in the beginning. Awoke with a bit of a sore back in the mornings, but not terrible.

Million dollar view
The space was set up as a real adult getaway. No bunk beds, no corner piled high with beat up games and puzzles with missing pieces. It felt very high end. The location was nothing short of peace and quiet. Solitude. It was everything we wanted. The hot tub was amazing…with a view. This is the place you go to get away. Leave the kids and dogs home with the in laws and reconnect. Also such a short distance to the downtown for dining and shopping. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Will absolutely be returning.
