The DAY we were due to check in the management co. called us while on our way & said they had some issues & did not have a crew to clean the home for our arrival. The options were- 1.Cancel. 2.Move to another location w/ less bedrooms, less bathrooms, 4 less beds, less amenities such as no game room for kids & more outdated FOR THE SAME PRICE. 3.Clean the house ourselves and we would not have to pay the cleaning fee....
