"Beautiful, secluded house near Holimont ski resort. Outdoor fire pit was a hit with everyone. Very comfortable sleeping pattern with most rooms having queen beds. The bunk bedroom was great for children and their parents. Would love to return during ski season to use the beautiful fireplaces in the cozy living spaces."

"We had a great stay at this chalet. Honestly it was spotless…and for such a big place that says a lot. We had a group of 21 with kids 11 and up and adults. Lots of space for the kids to hang out in and the parents. Would definitely book again!"

"This property was so excellent that we never even felt the need to go into town -- we cooked, relaxed, used the hot tub and the barrel sauna so much that we never need to leave. Clean property, just as listed and shown. Plenty of space to stretch out with two families, plus a few of our kids friends. And our host was also amazing and very responsive. Great place...highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our thanksgiving stay very much! We arrived in groups of two over the course of 6 hours driving in from Connecticut, Pennsylvania and flying in from Oklahoma. The quaint house was the perfect fit for my crazy family. It made use of every nook and cranny for beds and bathrooms. Because we were having Thanksgiving there we were very grateful to have two refrigerators to store the huge amounts of food that we brought. Luckily because everything was pre-cooked we only needed the one oven...

"We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home."

"We had a wonderful and restful week at this cottage. Kitchen was well stocked beyond what we could have asked for. Plenty of paper products including tissues which as a nice touch. We enjoyed playing some of the games provided during the evenings and the property owner Erik was quick to respond when we had a question. The beds are a bit worn but we made due. If vacationers have mobility issues the stairs will be challenging to navigate. Thankful for our time away and even our 20 something...
