"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along ..."

Holiday disappointment
"On arrival to Dormio resort we were shocked to see that our house was opposite a building site and also the rear of the property. This was not mentioned on booking. The images shown on the web site were nothing like we saw. The house itself was very clean, but to be charged 80euros for the house ..."
