The cutest Spanish style apartment in a 2 unit complex, with great neighbors and great little neighborhood right behind a private school. A short walk or drive to bustling Shaw Ave., you'll have lots of shops and restaurants at your fingertips. The apartment is located on a quiet dead end street just off the main road. There's easy access to HWY 99, HWY 41, and HWY 168. A straight shot down Shaw will take you to Fresno State and the Savemart Center, 15 minutes give or take with traffic. This is a great little fully equipped apartment perfect for a family or a couple friends traveling through the valley or in town to visit. We welcome longer stays and groups up to 5 people, or more if there are kids willing to camp out on the couches or floor.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, garage, driveway, backyard, and patio. The driveway is shared with the adjacent vacation rental! There is plenty of space for multiple cars to park in the driveway, but there is also free street parking.

Neighborhood
Our little neighborhood is a hidden pocket of homes right off of Shaw Ave near Fig Garden Village and Van Ness Drive (Christmas Tree Lane). Shaw is a main avenue through Fresno and Clovis, and goes right by Fresno State and the Savemart Center, all the way up to Old Town Clovis and beyond. Our apartment is located right behind a private school in Fresno. An orange tree-lined street leads to the apartment. We are not far from Woodward Park, St. Agnes Medical Center, Fresno State, and the Savemart Center, and pretty centrally located to everything Fresno has to offer.
We suggest using your own vehicles to get around. Lyft and Uber are also available in the area.
Hours Rules
1. Communication is key! All guests must download and use the Airbnb App for communication. You'll receive check-in and check out information through the app. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. A late checkout fee of $50 per 30 minutes after the checkout time will be charged unless previously approved by us. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, please communicate between those hours.
2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 5 total individuals. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee. 2 dogs max.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, etc.) please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess.
5. No fires in the fireplace.
6. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please find a home that better fits your needs and we'll all be happier! With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
