The Space
We converted this secondary unit into a dream Airbnb and can't wait to finally host guests! Through the french doors, you'll see the library ladder up to the sleeping loft. Beyond that, a sitting room with Smart TV, a fully appointed kitchen with vintage-looking appliances, and an extra comfortable murphy bed. The light bright atmosphere and professionally designed spaces will make you feel like you're in a magazine photoshoot. We love everything about this space- from the quaint back patio with steamy spa to the cozy interior you'll never want to leave!

Centrally located, there is easy access to all main streets in Visalia, Hwy 198, and Hwy 99.
Guests have access to the driveway (for parking), the entire unit, back patio, spa, and pool (shared).

Neighborhood description
Located in the Beverly Glen neighborhood of Visalia, just west of downtown attractions such as restaurants, breweries, sidewalk cafes, boutiques, and farmer's markets. The street is lined with trees which become a beautiful spectacle in the fall, and provide shady street parking all summer long. Minutes from College of the Sequoias, the Convention Center, and Kaweah Health. 20 minutes to the World Ag Expo. 40 minutes to Sequoia National Park!

House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 4, but more kids would be able to fit if needed, just let us know. Animals require a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 2 well-behaved dogs max. Dogs must have their own kennel/sleeping arrangement. Please pick up after your pet.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, spa, etc.) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Please park the correct way on the street and don't block anyone's driveway. Keep quiet hours in mind. Thank you!
