Overall everything was ok I’ve experienced worse I didn’t like our 1st room and was pleasantly placed in a different room which was a little bit better but my comfort level was lower due to the fact that I was able to get the room heaters to warm up our rooms.

Ratngbif this property varira based on the room. The whole property is razred 8.4 and my suite was rated 9.4. My rate would probably be 7.0 considering no heating, ripped curtains, dirty towels, lack of toilet paper and towels, bath fan hanging off the ceiling and mold spots on the ceiling. It is too bad because the look of the property with beautiful citrus fruit is quite opposite from the way this property is managed

I loved the meandering paths to the rooms. Fruit trees of several types all around. The fruit we available to pick when it's ripe. Just lived the atmosphere.

You can tell back in the day it was a beautiful nice place, the management now does not seem to care much. This is an older property, dated but fit our needs. The property is quaint with all the fruit trres and roses it has a very cozy feel. We were a party of 5 adults and the 2 room suite worked out perfectly for our 2 night stay. Pros - room was clean, spacious with flat-screen TV's in each room. Plenty of seating with a sofa and love seat abd chairs. A kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator. Property has excellent water pressure and water temperature. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons - Microwave did not work, not all outlets worked, limited TV channels,Room got very sruffy the first night despite A/C supposed to be on, the temp in one room got up to 81 degrees at one point. Despite being told that the A/C was working it did not seem to be, thankfully the temperature was cooler the second day of our stay and the temperature of our room was acceptable. After checking in, when we got to our room the housekeeper notified us that our room wasn't ready and she took the time to go to the ftont desk and let them know that and the front desk promptly moved us to another room. Then later that afternoon another family was given keys for our room and entered our room, again the front desk took care of the matter promptly but that should not have happened.
